How we deliver $1 pricing

Because NeedToFax focuses on outbound sending (not rented numbers or inbox storage), we can charge per job instead of per month. Each submission is normalized into perfect fax pages, dispatched to the carrier, and logged with a job ID.

Stripe Elements handles the micro-transaction so your card data stays secure while we only store the payment intent ID associated with the fax.

Steps to follow

  1. Upload your PDF or image and confirm the recipient number. The page estimate appears instantly so you know whether the fax costs $1, $2, or more.
  2. Tap “Pay & Send,” fill in the cardholder name, and approve the $1 charge through Stripe or Apple/Google Pay.
  3. Leave the confirmation modal open. It will show the job ID, current status, and the amount charged so you can copy it into expense reports.
